Our classes align with NSW\u2019s school terms, offering different programs each term.<br>\u00a0<br>Members of our Yoga Group are very supportive of each other. They all work at their own pace and are encouraged to do only what they feel is right for them.<br><br>Our program involves alignment and key standing poses linking breath and movement whilst focusing on positioning our bodies correctly.
